Who We Are

Patriot communities was started by Dan Estell in 2024, he is currently the managing partner. Dan was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa and has 30 years of building experience across the United States.

Some members of our team have lived in Iowa for nearly a decade, some were born and raised here, but we all have a passion and love for creating and bringing beautiful, quality homes to the Great State of Iowa.

We build our homes across the state of Iowa, headquartered and building in the Quad Cities, as well as, within the Greater Des Moines, Cedar Rapids areas!
